positive shopping experience at The Good Guys, Preston.

I bought a new DVD recorder this morning. It’s
a Panasonic DMRWX390GLK. It has twin tuners. And, a 500GB hard drive. I got it for $380.00. And, I bought an extended 4 year
warranty for $99. I bought the unit from The Good Guys at Northland Homemaker
Centre in Preston. Robert B served me. He was excellent. He explained the
features of the unit, including the feature where we can burn our programs from
the hard drive onto a DVD. That’s important for us. His friendliness and
thoroughness secured the sale for my wife and me. I was in and out of the store
in about 15 minutes. Very smooth. All retail shopping experiences should be
this easy.
